What we collect, and why.

This policy covers the insidive.ai marketing site only. It does not cover the separate product platform at insidive-ai.web.app, which you enter when you choose Start free or Log in. Below is what this site sends, stores and lets you control.

01Who is responsible

Insidive ApS is the data controller for the insidive.ai marketing site. We are a Danish company, and we handle personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy does not describe processing inside the separate product platform at insidive-ai.web.app.

Anything on this page — a question, a correction, a request to delete what we hold — goes to hello@insidive.ai and reaches a person, not a queue.

02What we collect

On this marketing site, data is created when you submit the paid-plan interest form for future modules, book a conversation, load the site, or choose to allow analytics storage.

Paid-plan interest form
The form for plans containing modules that are not yet available asks for your name, role, company and work email. We use what you send to record the plan you asked about and to reply to you. Module 01 and Module 02 are live and do not use this form.
What is sent along with the form
The time of submission, the plan and source, the language you were reading in, and your browser’s user agent string. It tells us which submissions are genuine and which browser to reproduce a problem in.
What you enter when you book
The advisory booking buttons open a Google Calendar booking page in a new tab. Whatever you enter there — typically your name, your email and the slot you pick — goes to Google and into our calendar. It does not pass through this site.
Analytics, only if you accept
If you accept, analytics storage is enabled for measurements such as page views, the referring page and an approximate location derived from your IP address. If you decline, analytics storage stays denied. Google Tag Manager still loads; its container is configured outside this repository.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records incoming requests, including IP addresses, to keep the site up and to block abuse. We do not use those logs for marketing.
03Why we are allowed to

Analytics storage is enabled only with your consent, and withdrawing that consent is one click on this page. Google Tag Manager itself loads while storage is denied.

Form data rests on your own request: you asked about a paid plan containing future modules, and we need those details to record the request and follow up. If we later want to send you something you did not ask for, we ask first.

Server logs rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available. If we ever have to keep a record longer for bookkeeping, that is a legal obligation and we say so.

04Cookies and your choice

Before Google Tag Manager loads, insidive.ai sets Google Consent Mode with analytics and advertising storage denied. Tag Manager still loads, so a request reaches Google even before you choose. The tags inside that container are configured outside this repository.

Accept, and this site sends a consent update that enables analytics storage. Decline — before or after accepting — and it sends a denial and attempts to delete the Google analytics and advertising cookies this site can reach. Your choice applies on insidive.ai; this code does not pass it to the separate product platform at insidive-ai.web.app.

We remember your answer in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask on every visit — one small entry, written whether you accept or decline. It is read by the code running in your browser to honour your choice, it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes it. You can change your answer here at any time.

05Who else touches it

These are the processors and external services visible in this marketing-site repository.

n8n Cloud
Every paid-plan interest submission is posted straight to an automation workflow we run on n8n Cloud, which passes it on to the internal tool we use to follow up. It is the first place your details land after leaving your browser. This policy does not name that downstream tool or the region the workflow runs in — write to hello@insidive.ai if you need those details before you send us anything.
Google — Fonts, Tag Manager, Analytics, Calendar
Our typefaces and Google Tag Manager load on every page, so your IP address and browser reach Google whether or not you accept analytics storage. Accepting enables analytics storage. The booking buttons hand you over to a Google Calendar booking page, so anything you enter there is submitted to Google.
Vercel
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes request data including IP addresses in order to serve the pages.
06Where it goes

Google and Vercel are US companies and may process data outside the EU. Transfers rest on the safeguards set out in our agreements with them — the mechanisms each provider publishes for EU transfers, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where the provider maintains it, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not restate their current certification status here, because it can change; each provider’s own privacy terms are the authoritative source.

If you would rather not have your IP address reach Google at all, note that the font CDN request happens before any consent choice. We are looking at self-hosting the typefaces to close that gap.

07How long we keep it

Marketing-site form submissions: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted — unless a conversation is still open or bookkeeping law requires us to keep the record longer.

Analytics: Google Analytics retains event-level data for up to 14 months. Aggregated reporting survives longer but is not tied to you.

Your cookie choice: stored in your browser until you change it or clear your browsing data.

08Your rights

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, ask us to restrict processing, or receive it in a portable format. Withdrawing analytics consent takes one click, above.

Write to hello@insidive.ai and we will answer within a month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency, at datatilsynet.dk.

09Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will say so on the site rather than hoping you re-read it.
